Many difficulties cropped up while creating a robust security operations solution. One of the foremost important challenges is crafting a cloud-managed security platform. From managing security alerts to misconfiguration drifts, real-time monitoring, detecting, investigating and responding to cloud threats, all became a challenging task.

A customer-facing web application and admin panel was required to manage the application's features.
Security features need to be integrated to provide ample support to the platform.
Lack of complete support and maintenance services to clients.
Lack of accessibility to the security events from AWS, Azure and GCP.
In the absence of proper security, the platform is exposed to different threats.

Solutions

Nextbrain is dedicated towards the completion and release of the project achieving its business objectives. As clients approach, the scope of the platform is bound to their requirements. The primary project requirement was to build a SaaS-based application that can access security events from AWS, Azure, and GCP. The various requirements involve web applications developed in the latest trends, responsive design integration, website support for all browsers, and the web app’s language preferences.

For the customer's web app portal, several features are integrated comprising registration, login, and account settings.
From the employee's end, the features involve employee management, roles & permission management, settings, security events, log activity management, reports & dashboards and a content management system page.
The administrative panel is operated by admins and it involves admin login & settings, settings module, CMS page management, customer management, moderator management, and customer management.
API development in a web application helps in making the interaction between mobile apps and servers.
