The app offers a lot of features and functionalities that help customers to find out the best hotels, packages, prices, check travel deals and amenities, special offers, easy checkout, and a secure payment system. Both travelers and hoteliers can get benefits from the app. The hoteliers can avail a 60-day trial and offers multiple property management, self-service cancellation system, guest accommodation management, statistics management, etc. With more than 1,500,00 visitors, they offer access to a huge market of corporate travelers worldwide.

Challenges

The hotel-tech start-up Otel2Go Hospitality Solutions started in 2018 to get small and budget hotels (SMDGET) to sign up for Otel2Go’s cloud-based property management system. The challenges were:

  • To provide the complete statistics of your business and the details regarding the number of rooms booked, duration, types of room booked by the customers and the rates.
  • To offer a consolidated statistical report to identify the patterns and trends of your business.
  • To provide high flexibility for the customers in choosing the best hotels by comparing the hotel room rates with other websites.

The challenges were tackled with relevant market research and features. The extensive features include “real-time” guest management systems, channel manager, API integration and PCI-DSS compliant payment process.
