Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate unsolved matters to appropriate departments.
- Resolve customer queries, issues and escalate unsolved matters to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
- Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions, updating customer information in a database as necessary.
- Continuously improve product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Skills
- 0 - 1 year of work experience as a Telecaller in the Sales Department.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada will be an added advantage0.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries.
- Good time management abilities.
